Terms & Conditions for PSFM Website and Service Enquiries
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the PSFM website and to preliminary enquiries, quotation requests, and business communications. PSFM provides facility management, manpower supply, cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, AC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, MEP support, industrial support, logistics manpower, and contracting support services across Saudi Arabia.

Website content is provided for general business information only. Service availability, scope, pricing, manpower quantities, mobilization timing, and delivery terms are confirmed only through an approved quotation, proposal, contract, work order, or written agreement from PSFM.
Website Use and Enquiry Accuracy
Users must provide accurate, lawful, and complete information when submitting forms, requests, documents, or messages. PSFM may decline, delay, or request clarification for incomplete, misleading, unsafe, spam, duplicate, or unauthorized submissions.
Quotations and Proposals
Quotations may require clarification of the service scope, site location, manpower quantity, access conditions, operating hours, safety requirements, materials, equipment, and site inspection where necessary. A quotation is not binding until accepted according to the stated terms.
Service Scope Confirmation
Facility management, manpower supply, cleaning, housekeeping, maintenance, AC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, MEP support, industrial support, logistics manpower, and contracting services are delivered according to the confirmed scope. Any additional work, urgent response, change in manpower quantity, additional materials, or variation to agreed work may require revised pricing and approval.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirement details, safe site access, required approvals, work permits where applicable, site contact persons, access instructions, and relevant safety or operational information before work begins.
Safety and Access
PSFM may delay, reschedule, or decline work where site access is unsafe, required approvals are not available, or conditions differ materially from the agreed scope. Clients must support safe access and comply with applicable site rules and legal requirements.
No Emergency or Life-Safety Reliance
Website forms, WhatsApp messages, AI assistant replies, and general enquiries are not emergency channels. Urgent site, security, safety, medical, civil defense, or life-safety matters must be escalated through the client's approved emergency procedures and competent authorities.
Payments
Payment terms are governed by the approved quotation, invoice, contract, or written agreement. Monthly contracts, project-based work, one-time services, and urgent requirements may have different payment conditions.
Cancellation or Rescheduling
Cancellations, delays, or rescheduling requests must be communicated as early as possible. Charges may apply where resources, manpower, materials, transport, permits, or scheduling have already been committed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PSFM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-business damages arising from website use or preliminary service discussions. Any service liability is subject to the terms of the applicable signed agreement or approved work order.
